Role Description
This is a full time Sales Engineer role based in Pune City with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote the company’s range of non-metallic and metallic pumps to industrial clients. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals,



and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure feasible solutions, accurate quotations, and timely deliveries. The Sales Engineer will also respond to customer inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, support site visits when required, and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret technical specifications and recommend appropriate pump solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build relationships, manage accounts, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical experience in industrial products.
