Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service support to customers by performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing of electronic equipment such as PCBs, PCB soldering, and field services.
- Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with customer's installed base stations and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to telecom infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed on customer sites, including inventory management and reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while maintaining high levels of quality standards.
