Nextstep HR is hiring a Digital Marketing Director for one of the well-established organisation in the integrated marketing and advertising space, managing multiple brands and categories simultaneously. Known for its strong presence across digital, social media and marketing technology, it offers high ownership and close collaboration with senior business and creative stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands, translating business objectives into campaign plans.
- Lead digital and social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Meta and other digital ecosystems, staying current on platforms, algorithms and ad systems.
- Blend brand building, digital engagement, content and performance marketing in campaigns, working closely with creative, media and strategy teams.
- Analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour and digital metrics to optimise outcomes and identify emerging tools and trends.
- Manage planning, execution, reporting and optimisation across accounts,



ensuring recommendations are data-backed.
- Build scalable marketing processes and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless delivery.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7–12 years in integrated marketing, digital marketing, advertising, creative agencies or digital-first businesses, ideally agency-side managing multiple brands/accounts.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of Meta, Instagram, Facebook and digital advertising platforms — how they work, not just how to create content for them.
- Robust grounding across brand strategy, digital, social, content and performance marketing, backed by analytics and consumer-behaviour insight.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, with strong presentation and client-management skills.
