About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving people’s initiatives and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Employee Relations, Grievance Management, Conflict Resolution, and HR Business Partnering,



with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Employee Relations activities, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, employee counseling, and disciplinary matters.
2. Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives.
3. Conduct workplace investigations into employee concerns, policy violations, and misconduct, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
4. Coach and advise managers on employee performance, behavioral concerns, policy interpretation, and people management practices.
5. Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
