About the Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Events Manager / Events Executive to plan, manage and execute events while handling high-profile clients and supporting business development.

The ideal candidate will be well-presented, organised and proactive, with strong communication, presentation and networking skills. The role requires someone who can independently manage events from planning through execution, build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage events from concept to execution.
- Communicate and interact confidently with high-profile and senior clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify, source and generate new clients and business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable event proposals.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations, event decks and proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies,



suppliers and internal teams.
- Lead on-ground event execution and ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event timelines, budgets and other event-related requirements.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, networking opportunities and industry events.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and client experience throughout the event lifecycle.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in events, luxury, hospitality, corporate events or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional when dealing with senior and high-profile clients.
- Strong networking and business-development skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong event planning, coordination and organisational skills.
- Well-presented, proactive and detail-oriented.
