Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Bus Driver to transport students and staff to and from schools, coaching centres, and other designated locations. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving licence, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to passenger safety and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the company bus on assigned routes.
- Transport students and staff according to the scheduled timings.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the bus is clean and roadworthy.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays promptly.
- Ensure the safety and discipline of passengers during transit.
- Coordinate with the transport team regarding route changes and schedules.

Qualifications




- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence (Bus).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience driving buses or commercial passenger vehicles.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Ability to communicate politely with students, parents, and staff.

Preferred Skills
- Punctual, responsible, and safety-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Calm and professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
