Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultants with robust expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical knowledge, with experience in implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and production support projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions in PeopleSoft FSCM.
- Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
- Work on requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Develop and support PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher reports.
- Support system integrations with ERP, Finance, HRMS, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.




- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional.
- Strong knowledge of FSCM modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Management (AM)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Inventory Management
- Project Costing
- Expenses
- Experience with:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- SQR
- Integration Broker
- Component Interface
- BI Publisher
- SQL/PLSQL
- Experience in implementation, support, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of financial and supply chain business processes.

Eligibility Criteria
- Overall Experience: 4-12 Years
- Relevant experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional.
- Minimum one end-to-end implementation or support project.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
