Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales to lead the Sales & Business Development function for our automotive business.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing strategic OEM and Tier-1 customer relationships, strengthening existing accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the automotive/auto-component industry, excellent relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 customers, and a proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy.




- Drive revenue, profitability, market-share and new-business targets.
- Develop strong relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 customers.
- Identify and develop new customers and recent business opportunities.
- Lead RFQ/RFI/RFQ analysis, commercial negotiations and business acquisition.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term customer relationships.
- Develop annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts and business targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline, order book, revenue and profitability.
- Lead price negotiations, costing discussions and commercial settlements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Production, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities and potential new product opportunities.
- Develop strategies for market expansion and customer diversification.
