Key Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across all business operations. ● Record, classify, and reconcile all financial transactions, including income, expenses, vendor payments, client receipts, and project-specific costs. ● Maintain organized documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Project-Based Accounting & Budget Management ● Manage project-wise accounting for events, campaigns, and internal business operations. ● Prepare, monitor, and track project budgets, expenses, profitability, and cash flow. ● Work closely with project teams to forecast financial requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities. ● Ensure all project expenses are accurately documented and reconciled. Taxation & Statutory Compliance ● Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) to ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, and other statutory requirements. ● Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation. ● Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with accounting standards,



taxation laws, and statutory regulations. Vendor & Client Financial Management ● Manage vendor onboarding, invoicing, payment processing, collections, and account reconciliations. ● Ensure timely vendor payments and client collections to maintain healthy cash flow. ● Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies. Payroll & Financial Operations ● Support payroll processing, salary calculations, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee-related financial documentation. ● Ensure payroll records are maintained accurately and processed within timelines. Financial Reporting & Analysis ● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. ● Monitor project profitability, company performance, and financial health. ● Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business performance. ● Support b
