Role Description
The Office Associate is a full-time role that supports the smooth daily operations of UV Media. This role includes handling general office administration tasks such as organizing digital files, preparing basic reports, coordinating virtual meetings, and managing internal documentation. The Office Associate will respond to inquiries, support customer service activities, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely communication with clients and partners.



They may assist with simple accounting-related tasks, such as tracking invoices and updating records, and provide administrative support to leadership and project teams. The position requires consistent online presence, proactive follow-up, and a robust focus on accuracy and organization in a remote work environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
