Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Media & Performance Marketing ● Assist in planning and executing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. ● Support full-funnel strategies including segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimisation. ● Track CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs and help with continuous optimisation. 2. Analytics, Reporting & Insights ● Build or support dashboard creation in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools. ● Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights. ● Report on traffic, conversions, bounce rate, and event-focused ROI. 3. SEO & SEM ● Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and competitor analysis. ● Improve search rankings using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. 4. Marketing Automation & CRM ● Assist with automated email/SMS campaigns using Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot. ● Manage lead nurturing workflows and CRM database hygiene. 5. Event & IP Campaigns ● Support ticket sales campaigns, sponsor lead generation, and conversion-focused ads.



● Coordinate with the Social Media Manager for integrated pre-event and post-event campaigns. 6. Team Collaboration & Project Management ● Work closely with creative teams for static, video, and ad assets. ● Maintain consistency in branding and communication across digital channels. ● Social Media Management & Content Calendar 7. Website & Funnel Optimisation ● Support UX/UI improvements, page load speed optimisation, and conversion funnel refinement. ● Help set up schema markup, goal tracking, and data layer configurations. 8. Collaboration & Integration ● Align with the Social Media Manager to ensure organic and paid strategies complement each other. ● Contribute to unified monthly marketing performance reports. 9. Content Marketing ● Plan and publish blogs for Social Refuel’s website to improve SEO, website traffic, and brand authority. ● Manage and optimise the company’s LinkedIn presence, including post
