AD Interio is looking for an experienced and professionally presented Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and generate qualified project opportunities across hospitality, residential and commercial sectors.

This is a consultative business development role focused on connecting with property owners, hotel owners, resort developers, builders, real estate developers, architects, and decision-makers who require architecture, interior design, renovation or turnkey execution services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-value business leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals and market research.
- Conduct professional conversations with hotel owners, resort owners, builders, developers, property investors and residential clients.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, budget and timelines.
- Schedule qualified meetings, site visits and consultations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Follow up systematically with prospects and convert opportunities into projects.




- Develop relationships with hospitality groups, developers, builders, real estate companies and property owners.
- Present AD Interio's architecture, interior design and turnkey solutions professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to consultation.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting and conversion targets.
