Role Overview

This is
not
a traditional IT support or CRM administrator role.

We are looking for a
Senior AI Automation & Business Systems Engineer




who will architect and build the technology backbone of Fête Events.

Working directly with the founders, you will analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities and build intelligent systems that reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency and create exceptional client experiences.

Your first priority will be transforming our
GoHighLevel CRM
into a fully automated sales and client management platform. From there, you will design and implement AI-powered workflows across every department of the business—including Sales, Client Experience, Project Management, Operations, Finance and Reporting.
