We are seeking a proactive and result-driven
Sourcing Manager
to lead and manage sourcing activities for
blue-collar manpower recruitment for Gulf countries
. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of manpower agents, sub-agents, and sourcing partners, along with in-depth knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes, market mapping, mobilization, and compliance requirements.




- Develop, manage, and expand a solid network of
manpower agents, sub-agents, and sourcing partners
across India and other relevant regions.
- Lead and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet
blue-collar manpower requirements
for Gulf countries.
- Conduct regular
market mapping
and maintain an updated database of agents, candidates, trades, locations, and sourcing capacity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with recruitment agents and sourcing partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with agents while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely candidate delivery.
- Coordinate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams for
shortlisting, selection, documentation, and mobilization
