QuestionPro
is looking for an experienced
Account Manager
to manage and grow relationships with our US-based customers. This is a commercially focused role where you will own a portfolio of accounts, drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

What you’ll do:
- Own a portfolio of
US-based B2B SaaS customers
and build robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete account lifecycle - engagement, renewals, retention, upsell and cross-sell.
- Proactively identify customer needs and convert them into expansion opportunities.
- Lead
renewal conversations, commercial negotiations and deal closures
.
- Conduct regular customer reviews/QBRs to understand usage, business needs, challenges and future requirements.
- Run product demos and introduce customers to relevant QuestionPro solutions and new capabilities.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Support,



Services and Research/Panel teams to deliver the right solutions.
- Understand customer use cases and recommend relevant QuestionPro products, services and integrations.
- Identify churn risks early and take proactive action to retain and grow accounts.
- Maintain accurate account, opportunity and renewal information in the CRM.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry
, preferably in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B Sales.
- Experience managing
B2B SaaS accounts in the US/North American market
.
- Proven experience owning
renewals, upselling, cross-selling and commercial negotiations
.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working directly with decision-makers and understanding business requirements.
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts, prioritize opportunities and drive results.
- Strong commercial mindset with a customer-first approach.
