Role Overview:

Mazenet Solution is looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and Conduct initial candidate discussions to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Handle multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.




- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Achieve recruitment targets and support business hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Experience working with Naukri and other job portals.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT staffing / workforce solutions.
- Knowledge of technical hiring (Java, .NET, Cloud, Testing, Data, etc.).
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment. Education Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA (HR) preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
