Brightsun Travel is looking for an experienced Meta Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in travel/airline metasearch marketing, specifically across the UAE, UK, and European markets.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of airline fares, flight inventory, metasearch platforms, campaign optimization, customer search behavior, and travel market trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage flight inventory and metasearch campaigns across Google Flights, Skyscanner, Kayak, Momondo, and Wego.
- Handle campaigns focused on the UAE, UK, and European travel markets.
- Monitor airline pricing, fare competitiveness, route performance, and market trends to maximize bookings and profitability.
- Optimize campaign visibility, bidding strategies, and platform placement to improve leads, bookings, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze customer search behavior, travel demand, and booking patterns across international markets.
- Manage campaign budgets and performance to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations,



Commercial, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, booking volume, CPA, ROI/ROAS, and revenue.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis and implement pricing and promotional strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and commercial performance.
- Apply strong knowledge of airline sectors, route networks, fare structures, and travel trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 23 years of relevant experience in Meta/Metasearch Marketing within the travel or airline industry.
- Hands-on experience with UAE and/or UK/European travel markets.
- Strong understanding of airline fares, flight inventory, route networks, and pricing.
- Experience working with travel metasearch platforms such as Google Flights, Skyscan
