Job Description

We are looking for an AI Sales & Marketing Executive to support lead generation, prospect research, outbound sales, digital marketing and sales automation.

You will use modern AI tools to identify potential customers, research companies and decision-makers, create personalized outreach, execute campaigns and help improve customer acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Research target markets, industries and prospective customers
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Research relevant decision-makers within target companies
- Create personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
- Support outbound sales campaigns and follow-ups
- Use AI tools for research, personalization and content creation
- Support digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns
- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM systems
- Track campaign performance, outreach and lead conversion




- Build and use simple AI-powered sales and marketing automations
- Experiment with new customer acquisition and outreach approaches
- Work with the team to improve sales and marketing processes

Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or a related area; freshers may also apply
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical ability
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools
- Strong interest in AI, sales, marketing and technology
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Self-motivated with good attention to detail
- Exposure to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing or automation tools is an advantage
- Graduates from Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Engineering or related disciplines are welcome
