Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Conversion Optimization, and Marketing Automation.

The candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROI, and continuously optimizing campaigns through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns independently.
- Manage advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads (Preferred)
- Develop audience targeting strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to improve:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)




- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rate
- Allocate advertising budgets effectively.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and take strategic decisions for improvement.

Marketing Strategy
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan lead generation campaigns for multiple products/services.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Identify new growth opportunities.
- Recommend cutting-edge marketing approaches to maximize campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars.

Meta Pixel & Tracking
- Configure and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (Preferred)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Track user behavior and conversion events.
- Set up:
- Lead Events
- Purchase Events
- Form Submission Tracking
- Custom Conversions
- Troubleshoot tracking issues.
