We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who can build and manage influencer marketing for an e-commerce brand from the ground up.

You will be responsible for finding relevant influencers, reaching out to them, negotiating collaborations, coordinating product promotions, and building long-term influencer relationships that generate sales and brand awareness.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how influencer marketing works and can independently identify the right creators for an e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of potential influencers based on niche, audience, engagement, location, and content quality.
- Reach out to influencers through email, DMs, and other channels to propose collaborations.
- Develop effective influencer outreach and follow-up strategies.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, product exchanges, paid promotions, commissions, and affiliate partnerships.




- Coordinate product seeding and ensure influencers receive the required products and information.
- Manage influencer collaborations from initial outreach to content delivery and campaign completion.
- Track influencer performance, sales, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Identify high-performing influencers and develop long-term partnerships with them.
- Continuously test new influencer niches, platforms, creators, and outreach strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to create compelling influencer campaign briefs and promotional strategies.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Social Media Marketing.
- Proven understanding of influencer discovery and outreach.
- Experience working with e-commerce brands is strongly preferred.
- Ability to identify influencers based on audience quality, engagement, content, and brand fit—not just follower count.
- Robust communication and negotiation
