Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee investment banking operations, including deal execution, syndicated loans, and treasury activities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in finance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and optimize financial performance.
Job Requirements :
- 7-11 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting operations, investment banking operations, treasury operations, and related regulations (e.g., GAAP).
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or teams within a rapid-paced environment.
