Role Overview

We are looking for a highly result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive the acquisition and expansion of Omni Ayurveda Clinics.

The candidate will be responsible for the complete franchise sales cycle — from lead generation and prospect qualification to business presentation, negotiation, closure, agreement signing, and handover to the onboarding team.

The role requires strong B2B sales, franchise sales, investor communication, negotiation, presentation,



and relationship-management skills. Similar healthcare franchise roles commonly combine lead generation, franchise presentations, territory assessment, negotiations, CRM management, and onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Lead Generation
- Generate qualified franchise leads through:
- Digital campaigns
- Outbound calling
- LinkedIn and social media
- Franchise portals
- References and networking
- Business consultants and franchise brokers
- Exhibitions, events and seminars
- Build and maintain a healthy franchise sales pipeline.
- Identify entrepreneurs, investors, doctors, healthcare professionals and business owners interested in opening Ayurveda clinics.

2. Franchise Sales & Conversion
- Conduct discovery calls and understand prospect investment capacity, business objectives and preferred territory.
- Present the Omni Ayurveda franchise business model and investment opportunity.
