Experience
- Hands-on experience in factory/plant finance operations
- Exposure to costing, inventory, MIS, and statutory compliances
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Must)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plant-level finance and accounts operations
- Prepare and monitor monthly MIS, variance analysis, and cost reports
- Handle product costing, BOM analysis, and cost control initiatives
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and WIP
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction projects
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with plant operations, production, and supply chain teams
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Monitor capex tracking and fixed asset accounting
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs
- Assist in companies IPO plan ahead in 2027.
