About the Role

We’re looking for an
Art Director who thinks beyond traditional advertising
— someone who understands culture, technology, visual storytelling and knows how to turn a big idea into work that people stop, watch and remember. You’ll be working on
advertising campaigns, brand platforms, digital content, social media, films, launches and integrated communication
.

We’re looking for someone who can combine
strong conceptual thinking, art direction, motion graphics, AI + design craft
to create creatives that feels fresh, relevant and culturally current.

What You’ll Do
- Develop
big creative ideas and visual concepts
for advertising campaigns.
- Turn briefs into compelling
campaign territories, key visuals, storyboards and visual narratives
.
- Lead the art direction from
concept to final execution
.
- Create and oversee
static, digital, social, video and motion content
.
- Develop
motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, animations and short-form content
.
- Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists,



Production teams and other creative partners.
- Use
AI as part of the creative process
— from ideation and moodboarding to image/video generation, visual experimentation and post-production.
- Explore current creative technologies and find interesting ways to integrate them into advertising.
- Push the team beyond predictable, template-driven social content.
- Present and sell creative ideas with confidence to Creative Directors, clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of craft across
visual design, typography, composition, color, storytelling and motion
.
- Stay ahead of
design, advertising, culture, technology, social trends and emerging visual styles
.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience
in an advertising agency, creative agency, design studio or similar creative environment.
- A strong portfolio showing
advertising campaigns and conceptual work
, not just executional design.
- Excellent underst
