Role & Responsibilities:

Programme and Value Leadership
- Own and lead a portfolio of People transformation projects tracking these across the board and working in partnership to delivering on time, on budget and with clear business outcomes.
- Shape and advise on transformation programmers, translating strategy into execution and keeping teams focused on what matters most.
- Manage senior stakeholders with confidence, navigating priorities, politics and tradeoffs to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Drive commercial value, tracking benefits across the portfolio, managing risk and balancing cost, value and impact.

Stakeholder and Change Leadership
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams across CG and client HR, Technology, Finance and the wider business to deliver joinedup, adopted change.
- Lead People / HR transformation in practice, not theory ensuring solutions land well through effective communication, training and support.
- Coach and develop colleagues across advisory and delivery teams, building a highperforming, outcomesfocused delivery culture.

Process,



Automation & Technology.
- Lead automation and HR technology enablement, identifying and implementing opportunities across AI, RPA and selfservice to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Oversee the design, documentation and standardization of HR processes, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement aligned to best practice and business needs.
- Ensure process innovation is compliant and sustainable, managing risk while building team capability in process excellence, HR technology and business process analytics.

Competencies & Requirements:
- Robust experience leading programmes or multiple projects in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Programme Management or Project Management Qualification or certification
- Proven ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments, where priorities shift and influence matters.
