Role Overview

The
Deputy Manager / Operations Manager
will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities at the
Square Raipur Office
. The role requires strong leadership, structured execution, and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Raipur office.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, operational guidelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate closely with HR, Admin, Finance, Technical, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Plan work schedules, allocate responsibilities, and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration,



and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency-enhancement initiatives.
- Support automation and technology-driven initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational requirements.

Client Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain robust working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Ensure consistent communication and smooth coordination across functions.

Compliance Reporting
- Ensure adherence to organizational, statutory, legal, and audit requirements.
