Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure smooth business functioning, maintain service standards, manage teams, and drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations across assigned restaurant outlets.
- Ensure smooth opening, closing, and daily operational activities.
- Lead and manage restaurant teams, including FOH and BOH coordination.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational standards.
- Manage staffing, manpower planning, attendance, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and identify operational gaps.
- Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchase, Kitchen, and Senior Management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,



hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Drive sales growth, upselling, and outlet performance.
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews.
- Prepare and analyse daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Ensure inventory control and minimize wastage and pilferage.
- Support new outlet openings and operational projects when required.

Requirements
- Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant/F&B; operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant P&L;, food cost, manpower, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust understanding of SOPs and hospitality service standards.
- Willingness to travel between outlets as required.
