About the Role

We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our Hyderabad-based team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day billing operations, invoice generation, Tally entries, e-way bills, and coordination with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and dispatch documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices using Tally.
- Prepare invoices accurately as per approved orders, dispatch details, and applicable GST requirements.
- Generate and manage e-way bills for shipments as required.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Warehouse teams for billing and dispatch requirements.
- Verify quantities, rates, GST details, customer information, and other invoice particulars before billing.
- Ensure invoices are generated within defined timelines to avoid dispatch or shipment delays.
- Pass and maintain Credit Note (CN) and Debit Note (DN) entries in Tally.
- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile billing data with warehouse dispatch and operational records.




- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate Tally records and ensure proper accounting entries.
- Support periodic billing reconciliation, audits, and documentation requirements.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with applicable GST and invoicing processes.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Practical knowledge of GST invoicing and e-way bills.
- Understanding of Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ability to handle operational data.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and meet billing deadlines.
- Basic understanding of accounting and taxation principles.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in billing, accounts, finance operations, or logistics billing.
