About the Company

Kharesiya Brands Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing D2C and e-commerce company with multiple consumer brands across marketplaces and digital platforms. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Manage daily posting schedules and ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and branding teams for campaign execution.




- Stay updated with platform algorithms and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar social media tools.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with D2C, retail, or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,022.24 - ₹25,000.24 per month
