Job Summary:

Tetra Clothing is looking for a responsible and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Garment Industry, good communication skills in English, and the ability to coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle communication with buyers and buying agents.

* Manage the merchandising process from sampling to production and shipment.

* Coordinate with production, quality, design, and other internal teams.

* Prepare and monitor Time and Action (TNA) calendars.

* Follow up on fabrics, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.

* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

* Follow up on samples and buyer approvals.

* Monitor order status and ensure timely execution.

* Ensure buyer requirements and quality standards are followed.





* Handle costing and support price negotiations.

* Identify and resolve order-related issues and delays.

* Prepare and maintain merchandising and shipment-related documents.

* Provide regular updates to management regarding order status.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience in the Garment Industry.

* Experience in Garment Merchandising is preferred.

* Any degree is acceptable.

* Good communication skills in English are mandatory.

* Good knowledge of garments, fabrics, trims, accessories, and production processes.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Email communication.

* Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

* Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

* Candidates with Hindhi Speaking will be given priority.

Salary:

₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
