We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive Group Compliance (Taxation) to manage and oversee tax compliance activities across group companies. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws, including Income Tax and GST, while identifying tax risks and supporting audits, assessments, notices, and other statutory requirements. The candidate will coordinate with internal accounts teams, tax advisors, and government authorities and contribute to improving tax compliance processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance activities within prescribed timelines.
- Review and support Income Tax Returns, GST filings, tax provisions, and other statutory compliances.
- Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance support to group companies.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate Direct and Indirect Tax audits, assessments, and related requirements.
- Prepare tax papers, replies to notices, submissions,



and information/data requested by tax authorities.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and tax department officials.
- Maintain and monitor tax balances in the General Ledger.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Tax Laws, Corporate Laws, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve tax processes and implement compliance best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to tax compliances.

Candidate Profile
- CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in taxation and compliance.
- Strong practical knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Corporate Laws, FEMA, Audit, and statutory compliances.
- Good understanding of tax accounting and various tax returns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and tax-related software.
- Detail-oriented with robust ownership and coord
