Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions that support a growing industrial water solutions organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding,



and workforce planning to ensure the company has the right talent in place. The role oversees performance management processes, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement activities that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, administers compensation and benefits programs, and addresses employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. This position collaborates closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational change.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation in an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
