Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily labour attendance, deployment, and productivity records through Excel-based data entry
- Track manpower utilization against production targets
- Plan daily/weekly work schedules based on order priority and capacity
- Assign work to shop floor manpower and monitor task completion
- Be physically present on the shop floor to oversee production flow
- Resolve bottlenecks, quality issues, and delays in real time
- Build and maintain Excel trackers/dashboards for production status, labour cost, and output
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) is mandatory — candidates with only basic Excel skills should not apply
- Prior experience in the furniture manufacturing industry preferred, given familiarity with process flow, materials, and finishing timelines

Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Previous factory experience is a must, preferably in wood or furniture industry
- Should be good with communication and coordination.
