Role & responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for project and factory requirements.
- Source and procure materials from approved vendors at competitive prices.
- Float enquiries, obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Coordinate with project, planning, stores, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor procurement schedules to meet project timelines.
- Ensure quality, quantity, and specifications of procured materials are as per approved requirements.
- Track pending purchase orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and MIS reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through strategic sourcing and value engineering.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- Infrastructure
- Manufacturing

Preferred candidate profile:

Looking for an experienced procurement qualified to manage end-to-end purchasing, vendor development, sourcing, negotiations, and material planning. Candidates from Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Furniture Manufacturing, or Building Materials industries are preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be given preference.
