Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain the building management system (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with access control systems, CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, and public address systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues related to ELV (Extra Low Voltage) infrastructure.
Job Requirements :
- 0-30 years of experience in facility management services industry.
- Solid knowledge of BMS, CCTV system, fire alarm system, access control system, public address system, and ELV technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
