Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior and fit-out projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and commercial performance
- Oversee estimation, cost control, billing, and project profitability
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, site execution, and MIS reporting
- Ensure timely project delivery, handover, and commercial closure
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Mentor project and site teams while ensuring process and compliance adherence
- Support ERP-based project monitoring and operational efficiency
- Participate in strategic reviews and business planning discussions

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1825 years of experience in Corporate Interiors / Design & Build industry
- Strong experience in commercial fit-outs, workplace interiors, or institutional projects
- Expertise in project execution, cost management, contracts, and client handling
- Solid commercial acumen and leadership capabilities
- Hands-on approach with strong decision-making and communication skills
