Clover Organic Pvt. Ltd. is an 18-year-old agroecology and biotechnology company with a national presence across 12 states and a 200+ member team. We develop science-backed, eco-friendly solutions across agriculture, aquaculture, and wastewater treatment — helping industries grow sustainably.

We're expanding our Business Development team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to long-term client partnership.

What You'll Do
- Generate leads through cold calling, B2B portals (India MART, Trade India), LinkedIn, and industry research
- Own the complete sales cycle — pitch, proposal, negotiation, closure
- Map client needs to our agriculture, aquaculture, and wastewater treatment (Biologicals) portfolio
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, including national brands
- Re-engage dormant accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell
- Maintain pipeline visibility and report on outreach and revenue progress
- Mentor junior BD team members as the team scales

What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline




- 3–5 years in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development
- Experience selling wastewater treatment products — especially biological/bio-based solutions — is a strong advantage
- Prior exposure to agriculture, agri-inputs, or biotech products preferred
- Confident communicator in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with cold outreach, not just warm leads
- Familiarity with CRM tools/B2B portals is a plus
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable owning revenue targets independently
