We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Reservation Front Line Officer to handle reservation enquiries, customer calls, booking coordination, availability checks, confirmations, and front-line customer support. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries related to holiday and resort bookings.
- Understand customer requirements including destination, dates, number of guests, room requirements, and preferences.
- Provide customers with accurate information about resorts, rooms, packages, facilities, and applicable terms.
- Check availability and coordinate with the relevant resort/reservation team.
- Create and update booking/reservation records.
- Confirm bookings and communicate booking details to customers.
- Coordinate payment-related information and follow up for pending payments where required.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, rescheduling, and special requests.




- Send booking confirmations and relevant information through WhatsApp/email.
- Coordinate with resort teams regarding check-in, check-out, special arrangements, and guest requirements.
- Maintain daily reservation and enquiry reports.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate senior/team when required.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and customer service standards.
- Support the sales and customer relationship team when required.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Bangali.
- Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Advanced MS office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple enquiries.
