Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a
Digital Marketing professional
to join our team and work closely with me on driving digital growth, performance marketing, CRM campaigns, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize
Meta Ads and Google Ads
campaigns.
- Develop digital marketing strategies based on business and campaign objectives.
- Plan and execute
WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and Email campaigns
.
- Work on audience segmentation, campaign communication, and user engagement.
- Have a positive understanding of
SEO fundamentals
, including on-page SEO, technical basics, keywords, metadata, indexing, and website optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights using
analytical tools
.
- Track key marketing metrics and understand campaign funnels and user behaviour.
- Work closely with the creative team and contribute to
creative strategy, concepts, and campaign ideas
.
- Continuously experiment with new formats, messaging, audiences, and digital growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For




- Strong interest and understanding of
Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
.
- Hands-on knowledge of
Meta Ads and Google Ads
.
- Basic understanding of
SEO and its fundamentals
.
- Basic understanding of
analytics and marketing tools
such as GA4, Firebase, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Understanding of WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and Email marketing is a strong advantage.
- Strong creative mindset
with the ability to think beyond conventional advertising.
- Ability to understand data, identify trends, and convert insights into marketing actions.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership.

Experience

1–2 years
of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge, relevant projects, internships, and a genuine passion for digital marketing are also welcome to apply.
