Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire new
HNI customers
and grow the customer book.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mapped HNI customers.
- Deepen CASA and Term Deposit relationships and increase customer wallet share.
- Cross-sell and upsell
banking, investment, insurance, asset referral and digital banking products
.
- Identify customer investment needs and provide suitable, research-based investment solutions.




- Manage customer portfolios and provide investment advisory to current and existing clients.
- Drive monthly revenue targets through effective relationship management and product penetration.
- Generate referrals and develop opportunities from existing and new clientele, including domestic and NR customers.
- Ensure activation and usage of digital channels including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Debit Cards.
- Monitor customer transactions, service requirements and portfolio quality.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing and product developments.
- Address customer queries and complaints effectively while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to
KYC, AML, audit, compliance and risk management
requirements.
- Work closely with the Branch, Cluster, Regional and Zonal teams to achieve business objectives.
