Job summary:

QnQ Healthcare is looking for an enthusiastic and target- oriented Franchise Executive/Business Development Executive to support franchise expansion and business growth in villupuram and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate potential franchise leads and business opportunities.
- Contact prospective franchise partners and explain the company's franchise model.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with potential and existing franchise partners
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchisees.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding and documentation.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential locations.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Support franchise partners during the initial setup and onboarding process.
- Travel within the assigned area when required.

Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, franchise development, marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for business meetings.
- Candidates with experience in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or franchise business development will be preferred.
