Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy, oversee performance across paid and organic channels, and drive measurable growth in leads, traffic, and revenue. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content, creative direction, and funnel optimization,



along with strong leadership skills to manage a diverse marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify current digital growth opportunities, platforms, and marketing trends.
- Set marketing objectives, KPIs, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
- Take ownership of the overall digital marketing performance of the organization.

2. Performance Marketing
- Lead and oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and admissions.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead-to-admission ratio.
