About the Role

HealthSense is looking for an experienced and hands-on
E-commerce Specialist
to manage daily operations across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

This is
not an Amazon Ads role
. Advertising experience is not mandatory.

The candidate must have strong practical experience in
Amazon Seller Central, product listing, catalogue management, inventory planning, order operations and marketplace coordination
.

We are looking for someone who has directly handled e-commerce operations and can independently manage day-to-day tasks without depending entirely on agencies or external teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on
Amazon Seller Central
- Handle product listings, catalogue creation, variation creation and listing updates
- Resolve suppressed listings, listing errors, variation issues and catalogue-related problems




- Update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, pricing and other listing information
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment and out-of-stock situations
- Coordinate stock planning based on sales trends, demand and upcoming promotions
- Manage FBA inventory, shipment planning and stock movement
- Handle order-related, account-related and operational issues on Amazon
- Raise and follow up on support cases with Amazon until resolution
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, finance, category and internal teams
- Manage listings and operations on other marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms
- Support operations for platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart and other portals
- Coordinate inventory allocation and replenishment across different platforms
- Manage basic Shopify operations, including product uploads, inventory updates and order monitoring
- Maintain daily sales, inventor
