We are hiring a highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) with a solid focus on sales and revenue generation. The role requires aggressive lead conversion, achieving targets, and consistently closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, and networking
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, product presentations, client meetings & presentations
- Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions and close deals
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize sales
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous business flow
- Focus on increasing revenue and improving conversion ratio
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- 0–5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding closure targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
