System Administrator :
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO), Microsoft 365, SQL Database, Hyper-V, and VMware environments.
- Perform server installation, configuration, migration, patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, and access controls.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions.
- Maintain IT infrastructure including operating systems, application servers, email systems, hardware, and software.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, hardware, software, and processes.

Network Engineer :
- Configure, implement, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network services.
- Manage network security, device hardening, and access controls.
- Configure and support Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and Switching Technologies (VLAN, STP, RSTP, HSRP, VRRP, VRF, Port Channel).




- Configure and manage IPSEC Site-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN, and Remote Access VPN solutions.
- Administer enterprise firewalls including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, Juniper, and SonicWall.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
- Troubleshoot network and security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Support Engineer/Technical Engineer :
- 0 to 2 years work experience in application support/client assistance
- Providing technical support and customer service to our clients.
- Manage support inquiries via e-mail and phone.
- Positive ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members.
- Flexible to work shifts.
- Update users about request status and close requests when users are satisfied with solutions
- Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups
- Team management/leading skills will be an add-on.
