Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent property. You'll help them find the right options, schedule site visits, and support deals from first inquiry to closing — learning real estate sales hands-on from the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads)
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties
- Schedule and accompany clients on site visits
- Build and follow up on a pipeline of leads
- Coordinate with the team to close deals
- Keep client records updated
- Stay current on listings, pricing, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any stream) — freshers welcome
- Positive communication skills
- Confident and comfortable talking to clients
- Willing to learn sales and negotiation
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated
