Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Purpose

PRM Automotives India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager with 9–14 years of experience to manage and lead HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
- Implement HR policies and procedures effectively.

2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.

3. Employee Relations




- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain positive employee-management relations.
- Conduct counselling and resolve workplace issues.
- Support employee discipline and engagement.

4. Performance Management
- Manage the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate KPI/goal setting and performance reviews.
- Handle confirmation, promotion, increment, and performance improvement processes.
- Support managers in improving employee performance.

5. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll with Payroll/Finance teams.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee salary and advantages queries.
- Support annual increment and compensation processes.

6. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and HR records.
- Coordinate labour-law audits and inspections.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory req
