Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
B2B Lead Generation Executive (Email Marketing)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Research potential B2B clients and identify key decision-makers across target industries.
- Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of email contacts.
- Create personalized and engaging email content to improve response rates.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, reply rate, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
- Segment email lists for targeted messaging.




- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation goals.
- Update CRM with lead details and campaign outcomes.
- Contribute ideas to improve email marketing strategies and outreach.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation or Email Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales and outbound marketing processes.
