Job Summary

Looking for a mature, highly organized and proactive Personal & Household Manager to manage the day-to-day personal, family and household commitments of a business family.

The role will act as a central coordination point for personal schedules, children's requirements, household staff, appointments, travel, vendors, personal projects such as home interiors, and family events/functions.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning, coordinating, following up and closing tasks with minimum supervision while maintaining complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Personal & Family Management
- Manage personal and family calendars, appointments and commitments.
- Coordinate doctor, wellness, salon and other personal appointments.
- Manage reminders, reservations, invitations, RSVPs and social commitments.
- Prepare daily and weekly family schedules.
- Proactively identify upcoming requirements and schedule conflicts.





Children's Coordination
- Track school/college, tuition, examinations and extracurricular schedules.
- Coordinate pick-up/drop with drivers.
- Track PTMs, circulars, submissions, events and deadlines.
- Coordinate books, stationery, uniforms and activity/project requirements.
- Schedule appointments and other requirements related to children.

Household Management
- Coordinate household staff including maids, cooks and drivers.
- Manage staff schedules, weekly offs and replacements.
- Coordinate groceries, household supplies and routine purchases.
- Manage repair, maintenance, servicing, AMCs and household vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of household tasks and pending work.

Personal Projects Home Interiors & Recent House
- Coordinate new-house interiors, renovation, shifting and home setup.
