Roles and Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines (VMC & HMC) using G-code.
- Set up and operate CNC machines for various machining operations.
- Ensure accurate cutting tools selection based on workpiece material type.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions to maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in operating CNC machines (VMC & HMC).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
